- Dialler Manager
You will have a minimum 2 years dialler experience in an outbound call centre environment. Possess excellent communication skills (written, Verbal and presentation). You will have the knowledge and understandings of the legal requirements of using a dialler, functionality, databases (i.e. SQL) and understand spreadsheets. Preferably have an understanding of how to monitor and manage AMCAT dialler programmes. Have the ability to lead, coach and train others the basics of how to use the AMCAT dialler. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills. Salary to be negotiated
- 1st Line Helpdesk Support / Network Administration
Previous experience is not essential although the successful candidate for this role should have working knowledge of the following technical areas - Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Active Directory, PC Hardware and Printers, plus basic networking knowledge. The successful candidate will also have a good eye for detail and strong communication and organisational skills.
